Ingredients
2 TBSP butter
1 large sweet red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 celery stalk, sliced into 1 inch pieces
3 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into 2 inch cubes
3 TBSP flour
3 cups low sodium chicken stock
2 TBSP C&C Turkey Seasoning
2 boneless skinless Turkey breasts, cubed into 1 inch cubes
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Place onions and garlic in the pot and cook until tender. Stir in celery and carrots, and cook until tender. Stir in both kinds of potatoes, turkey spices and flour. Pour in the chicken stock, and season soup with salt and pepper . Place turkey in the pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 40 minutes until vegetables and turkey are cooked through.
