Jamaican Jerk Marinade

1/2 cup Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
2 TBSP canola oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Juice and zest of one large orange
Juice and zest of one fresh lime juice
16-20 chicken wings, large shrimp, chopped vegetable pieces or 4 pork chops

Mix the marinade ingredients together, pour in a ziplock bag and add the wings, shrimp, veggies or whatever you are using the jerk on. Refrigerate overnight (at least 4-6 hours, and up to 2 days). Throw the left-over marinade away. Grill as desired.
