Moroccan Roasted Root Vegetables

Moroccan Roasted Root Vegetables

2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp Hungarian paprika
2 tsp ground cumin
pinch of cayenne
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 TBSP olive oil
Root vegetables for roasting, peeled and chopped.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Pour into a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until veggies are tender.
