Green Beans with Nutmeg

Nutmeg Green Beans
Makes 4-6 Servings

500g green beans, trimmed
40g butter
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook beans in salted boiling water for  1-3 minutes until fork tender. Drain. Shock in a bath of ice water. Remove from water. 

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add beans, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Toss together and serve.
