Hot, powerful, warm and intense, Vindaloo is an Indian curry dish popular in the region of Goa and Mumbai. A hand blended mixture of ethically sourced turmeric, cinnamon, garlic, fenugreek, cardamom, cloves, mustard, coriander, cumin, ginger, cayenne, black pepper, hot chiles, sea salt, pepper, and paprika.
Restaurants often serve Vindaloo with chicken or lamb, and sometimes mixed with cubed potatoes though traditional Vindaloos do not include potatoes. Try it on chicken, beef, prawns, vegetables, as a curry, as a sauce or even mixed in ground chicken or beans and rice for stuffed peppers with a kick!
