Vietnamese Cinnamon - Ground or Whole
This cassia cinnamon is by far our most popular, and we're in love with its sweet, spicy flavour and warmness. This variety of cinnamon has the highest oil content of any other cinnamon we carry - and because of that the strongest flavour. As a result of the high oil content, the bark does not form into cinnamon sticks, but rather 'cassia chips' which are perfect for infusion.
