Ras El Hanout
This popular blend hails from Morocco, where the name translates to "Top of the Shop." Always made from the best spices the shop keeper had on hand, the recipe and number of ingredients varied from store to store.
Use this all purpose seasoning blend with meat and potato tangines, meatballs, or lamb.
