This sweet and savoury blend is a must have for homemade picklers! Hand blended from whole and crushed spices, combined to perfectly compliment any refrigerator or canned pickled fruit or vegetable recipe. Three varieties to choose from - traditional, spicy and hot & smoky.

Hand blended mix of ethically sourced yellow and brown mustard seed, allspice, coriander, cloves ginger, bay, chili flakes, dill seed, Vietnamese cinnamon, tellicherry peppercorns and spices. Our Spicy Pickling blend contains also chilies and habanero pepper pieces; the Smoky Heat Pickling blend also contains smoked serrano chilies and chipotle pepper flakes.
