GENERAL INFORMATION
Hand blended in Ottawa, this chili powder is one of the shop's all time best sellers. It is a wonderful mix of ingredients including paprika, cumin, garlic, oregano, ancho chili powder. This salt free blend comes in three varieties - hot, medium and mild - for all tastes. Medium adds cayenne peppers to the blend and Hot adds habanero.
CULINARY USES
Whether chicken, beef, turkey or vegetarian chili, our chili powder helps turn any chili into a flavorful meal. Use 1-3 TBSP for every 4 cups of chili. Try it sprinkled on roasted or grilled veggies and meat for as a tasty rub. Or check out our Savoury Pumpkin Hummus recipe!
