How are products packaged?
Unless otherwise stated, spices are sold in 59 ml resealable, air tight, rice paper bags to preserve freshness.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada
How is your online product shipped?
Via Canada Post. Orders of 9 items or more will receive a tracking number if requested.
How long from the time I place my order until it is shipped?
Because we want to preserve the freshness of the product; spices, herbs and blends are not prepared until you order - this takes typically about 5 to 7 business days depending on the back log of orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by item, $1 base shipping with an additional $0.50 per item to a maximum of $15
I have a groupon or a gift certificate I would like to use - how do I do that?
You can either bring them to one of our pop up events to use in person, or you can send in the gift certificate code (or 8 digit groupon voucher number) to recieve a code to use online by emailing email@example.com
What is your return policy?
We will replace any items that arrive damaged or sent by mistake with the proper item, simple email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what has happened. Unfortunatley we cannot accept returned items based on specific taste preferences.
