This classic French herb blend is also known as Provencal herbs and is named for the region of France and is both flavourful and floral.

CULINARY USES
This salt-free blend really adds something to any dish -- beef or rabbit stew, roast lamb, chicken, pork, soups and stocks, vegetable dishes (especially eggplant or zucchini), tomatoes. Hand mixed from: rosemary, thyme, lavender, marjoram and herbs.
