Bouquet Garni Blend
This blend is based on the traditional French bundle of herbs that can be added to baked chicken or fish, pork, or pot roast. Each mix is blended to order and mixed by hand from a combination of thyme, marjoram, parsley, bay leaf, tarragon and oregano.
Often found in fresh herb bundles, this mixture is typically used to impart fresh, herbal flavour to stocks, soups and stews. It also makes a fabulous addition to egg dishes and as a wonderful rub on fish and chicken.
