BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub
Smoky and flavourful, this spice blend is hand mixed and includes paprika, sea salt, sumac, garlic, sugar, oregano, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger. Fantastic in so many of your summer favourites including salad dressings, marinades, hamburgers or grilled meats. Try adding some to mayo for a truly fantastic sandwich spread, or to your beloved BBQ sauce for something new!
Use as a dry rub 20 minutes before grilling, using the moisture on the meat to stick the spices. Squeeze a little lemon juice while cooking for an added flavour boost and to keep the spices from burning. Try on steaks, pork chops and ribs.
1/2 cup of the rub is packaged in a airtight, resealable plastic bag.
